Cancellation Policy
At Vistaview Maintenance, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality, consistent service through our subscription plans. To maintain fair pricing, reliable scheduling, and the highest service standards, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
Monthly Subscription Plans:
Customers who choose to pay monthly are committing to a 12-month minimum service agreement. This allows us to allocate resources, plan routes, and provide reliable service throughout the year. Cancellations are not permitted within the initial 12 months of your subscription. After the first 12 months, customers may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice. All cancellations must be submitted via email or through our customer portal to be processed.
Annual Subscription Plans:
Customers who opt to pay for the full year upfront may cancel after the initial 12-month term has been completed. Cancellations made before the 12-month term will not be eligible for a refund, either full or partial, as discounted annual pricing is based on a full-year commitment.
Rescheduling & Service Pauses:
If you need to temporarily pause or reschedule a service visit, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. We understand that situations may arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but frequent rescheduling may impact your service schedule.
Missed Payments:
In the case of a missed or failed payment, service may be paused until the account is brought current. Continued missed payments may result in cancellation of service and may be subject to a reinstatement fee.
